Sweet music

The gorgeous specimen that is the acclaimed actor Hugh Laurie, is set to release an album. Laurie is now mostly known for his television role as Dr Gregory House, but other brilliant roles can be seen in the Blackadder series, P.G Wodehouse’s Jeeves and Wooster and movies such as Stuart Little, Flight of the Phoenix, and Street Kings.


The brilliant Brit is a self taught musician, and he often showcases his skills on the popular series House MD. The yet-to-be-titled-album is being described as a ‘New Orleans-flavoured blues album’.

While the bridge between acting and making music is a rickety one, Hugh insists whilst ‘[t]he history of actors making music is a chequered one, but I promise no one will get hurt."

I personally, cannot wait to hear it!
